We are the deepest team in the league! We have a plethora of draft picks! And there is only a few names in the entire league that I would split up part of our young core 7 and draft picks...The short list would be Luca, Joker , Wemby and Maybe Shae, but none of those guys are going anywhere.....But I have a sneaky suspicion that we are waiting for Milwaukee to completely implode and for the Greek Freak to demand a trade.

Sources say that his preferred destinations are Brookyln or Miami if he were to be moved, but neither squad has the pieces that are appetizing enough for Milwaukee. But we do, and if the Greek Freak is all about winning like he has stated in the past then I hope we are waiting for this to come to a standstill and we jump in the mix.. We can offer the best package. It might not be this year, but I hope we hold tight because we could put together several different trade packages and still be very competitive...

I don't post often, but I hope we stay patient because this is the dream scenario for us

greeks defense the last few years has been steadily declining. Hes an athleticism player and it will eventually run out. Him not being the defensive stalwart he once was, paired with it would be a short window as he declines, and I think I pass. Especially considering the asset cost it would take.

OKC has tons of young talent and a boatload of picks to trade away. It's scary how well set up they are for a move like that.

Both OKC and Boston are the deepest teams imo. Built for a long postseason run.

I think I'd pass...But I wouldn't mind helping facilitate a trade for the right pieces

They know how to break it down and build it back. They’re young, cheap, no bad contracts, have a core 3 with a superstar and two high level all stars, and play the best defense in the league by a mile. And then absurd draft capital still.

I remember all too well when it happened with Dwight. Those all-athleticism guys never age well.

If we realistically want a shot at Giannis, we have to call Dream up and have him be our biggest salesman. Dream is the literally the only pull we would have with someone like Giannis.

i actually have trouble finding a superstar that i would trade for. most of them are old, declining or don't fit with our players at all. there's also second tier stars, many of which i don't think take us to the next level (devin booker and donovan mitchell, for example) and would cost a lot.

i think shai, ant, hali, luka, wemby and tatum are the only stars i would be willing to trade for, given the cost and timeline issues. needless to say they are all almost impossible to get right now, so i think we will have to develop our core and hope one of our guys take the leap to stardom.

We may have one of the deepest teams in the league if you believe Cam and Reed are both actually great rotation players who are simply being phased out due to numbers game and not because they're not good enough yet. But neither has shown me that so far this year.

Name a team with a better first three off the bench than Amen / Tari / Adams. They would start for many other teams.

Our depth, by far, is our biggest advantage. And it won't last for long as we'll have to much salary cap choices soon.

Put it this way -- if AD and Lebron are off, the Lakers are screwed. If Green and Sengun are off, we have the distinct advantage of seeing if Amen and Eason can light a spark, which makes up for our lack of developed star power. Adams is one of the best backup centers in the league. Few other teams have such ammo off the bench.

History will prove you right OP. The average age of our rotation is crazy considering we're almost a top 10 offense and defense with a top 10 net rating early in the season.

A lot of these players need 10-30 games to adjust. They're 10-22 year olds. We're trying to play faster while still playing good defense. You're going to see Amen, Whitmore, Sheppard and Jabari make natural strides in the coming weeks. We're about to be one of the deepest teams in the NBA.

Not yet but in two years tops it’s going get tight for them. SGA will be the highest paid player and they still have to pay Chet. It wouldn’t surprise me if they trade JDub. A lot of OKC fans are curious to see how ownership will handle the cap. They fear the whole Durant, Westbrook, and Harden situation repeating again

They would be so foolish to let JDub go but if that was the situation - Houston should be ALL over that.

If Giannis is traded, OKC gets him if they want him. But based on history, I seriously doubt Sam Presti will blow up his team and draft pick stash for Giannis.

Presti is really big into maintaining the "culture" of their organization. Giannis is a diva that demands preferential treatment, which Presti detests. (This is too old to rehash, but I believe this is one of the reasons he traded Harden).

Presti is also big into having "sustained success". Not saying he'll never make a "win now" trade, but it's very much against his instincts.

I've watched a boatload of his interviews and pressers over the years (mostly during my KDOF days). He's one of the most boring people in the world to hear talk. But he makes it clear there is a plan and he's going to stick to it no matter what.
