    you know that Trump is involved when SEC recently announced that it is investigating less-than- 6-mo old-co for SEC violations, insofar as the terms of warrants for the SPAC (Special Purpose Acquisition Co)

    icing on the cake was, insofar as the early demise of the SPAC, when the co announced that its new CEO will be Devin Nunes, the Congressman from a hick town in Calif

    SPACs will be one of many new words people think of for this rounds financial crises.

    Just a straight up money grab in a different name.
