Would you go back to last seaon and tell them when this happen and warn the rockets whats going on and why? Tracy Mc-marty lol Back to the future thread......
Well, is this a single universe or diverging timelines? Which rules does it follow? Hell, I'd go back to 1984 and make the Rockets trade Sampson for Clyde and the 1985 #1 pick. Olajuwon/Jordan/Drexler FTW! I'd also kick myself in the gnards about 6 years ago. What an idiot you were, John.
If I had a time machine I would purchase the sports almanac, purchase my own NBA team, buy out the refs and have myself a championship team.
why is everyone going to the past? I'd go to the future get myself some kind of advanced medical technology for backs, knee's, and shoulders and bring back to around 2004-2005 and give it to t-mac. TADA! we probly could've had a title by now.
Forget the past, this team needs to focus on the future. 2010, resign Artest, and let Brooks and Wafer start. They have a lot of potential.
no i would tell t mac to wait one more year with orlando because the 18 year old beast will get you to the second round
Fine. But Goliath gets to be the center. In fact... Blathersby's Biblical Basketball! HOUSTON ROCKETS PG: Jesus SG: David SF: St. Peter PF: Simon Maccabaeus C: Sampson UTAH JAZZ HANDS Combo Guard: Joseph Smith Swingman: Brigham Young Cornerman: Mormon Point Forward: Captain Moroni C: Goliath (Goliath is not meant as an insult to LDS. Honestly, can you think of another biblical figure who could be a center? And I don't meant to infer tht Jesus and LDS are mutually exclusive. I just want Jesus on the ROCKETS. Seriously.)
I disagree. Jesus at point guard would be a turnover the other cheek machine. We need a few players with attitude, not afraid to mix it up, like a Cain, a King Ahad or a King Herod.
You know what's the saddest part? I actually thought about each position. Like Captain Moroni at Point Forward because he led an army, St. Peter because he walked on water and cut off a dude's ear (he's my Ron Artest... and I'm Catholic. We kind of like St. Peter), etc.
