    Look it is simple.

If you have tickets (individual, group, or corporate) and you/ your group cannot attend the game, PLEASE give your tickets to your neighbors/friends so they can attend.

I cannot go to the games because I do not live in Houston for most of the year, but tonight was SAD. The Utah Jazz are one of our BIGGEST rivals and they were the team that beat us out of the playoffs. Tonight was not one of those games vs the under .500 teams.

On TV I saw 40% - 50% of the lower bowl empty. Geez guys maybe we need to stop complaining about missed mayups, free throws, shots, and worry more about SUPPORT for your f'in team.

    I see your point...but it is a two-way street.

Who the hell wants to pay to watch an ugly game?

How do you know it is an ugly game if you dont even go?

No one knew Yao was out tonight until like 30 mins before the game. :(

I fully agree. I could not believe it when I saw all these empty seats - it is embarrassing. Why do people not use secondary ticket markets like stubhub or viagogo to even make some money off their tickets if they cannot make it?

you know those people who got the tickets are prolly very rich and would not go thru the hassle of selling their tickets just to get a few bucks.

You are assuming that people actually bought those tickets with their own money.

That's not the case. Those lower bowl tickets are often group tickets and really can not be re-sold.

Maybe the state of Texas can't support 3 basketball teams! Mavs and Spurs seems to have a very good crowd always. Even though the Rox won 52 games last year the atmosphere at the Toyota center still feels the same.

In that case, the Rockets' ticketing department is doing a piss-poor job.

Actually the lower bowl is full, but it doesn't look full because the depth perception in the Toyota Center is whack.

I'm watching the Sonics and Kings right now and the depth perception is great. Especially for 2 2nd to last place teams battling it out.

I go to a bunch of games (today included) and sit in the lower bowl (season tickets). It's definitely bad, but nowhere near as bad as people on here make it seem....ESPECIALLY when a majority of the people who post in these threads are in Houston and are not buying tickets.

It doesn't help when the team is as boring as it is...even when moderately good, as it has been for the last 5 years.

When it comes to the 3rd favorite sport in town, Houston fans are bandwagoners. 1st round exits don't mean squat (and they really don't).
