    I thought that this year they will have re-seeding in the second round. so the team with the worst record in the second round will play the team with the best.

    any truth to that?

    I don't know! I'm still trying to figure out why adding 1 team to the West to even out the conferences caused the NBA to go from 2 divisions in each conference to 3! :confused: :mad:

    I think they shouldn't automatically award the #3 conferece championship team the 3rd seed. After all, they're the wprst champion and other teams have better records then them. That will cause upsets for years to come. Add to that teams tanking to get that #6 seed to get a better chance to advance to the 2nd round.
