They need a root canal. Some of the teeth look good on the outside, very deceiving, but only the person with the teeth feel the pain everynight. We need to pull tha tthing out before it infect nearby teeth.

The braces (JVG) were put on to bring some order. It helped. But not enough. There was still a problem. One tooth was so rotten that a root canal was pointless. Prognosis: Pull it, or suffer infection. Good thing, because that bad tooth was giving out some "madd stank breath" as well!
I think they just have cavities, get a toothbrush and toothpaste and your good the patient doesn't consistently floss
