Some freaking fan would have made sure Uribe was no where near that ball. Someone would have made sure of it. Our fans just sat there....backed away from the ball.....

    AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH sorry im venting.....

Thank You Astros for a memorable season. I have no gripes, except losing. Im going to stay a fan regardless and will continue forever.

But dayummmmmmmmmmmm that sucked seeing no one even attempt to get the ball. He was all the way in the stands...not just in the front row.....someone should have made him pay....just get a hand on the ball....

You're entirely correct. How any Houston fan didn't swipe the ball, and I mean literally, out of his hand is beyond me.

M%^@$^$^$%^ F@$&^$&$^&! You CAN HIT THE PLAYERS HAND!!!

I'm just livid right now. I need a personal massuese, or whatever they call whores, these days....

Yep, I was pissed about that one too. But you can't blame us losing the series on the fans not catching a foul ball. It was a collective effort.

i was thinking the same thing the whole time during that play. that area of the stadium belongs to the fans, if a ball comes thru to your part of the stadium you make sure you grab that ball if you see the opposition running toward it to gain an out. totally agree with you, never in your life would you see that play happen in boston, new york, or chicago.

That's the beauty of this series. With a couple of exceptions, everyone on the team, including the fans, did their part to give it away. Letting an opposing fielder reach into the stands to get a killer out . . . you might as well just spread your legs.

Insert grouchy analogy to Toyota Center "crowds" here.

It's pretty sad when the Astros need assistance from a fan because their offense is too pathetic to get clutch hits.

The guy in the blue jacket with brown sleves is the one who pissed me off. He was standing upright but as soon at Uribe went for the stands he started shrinking back. Take one for the team, man!

That's the beauty of a lottery. Maybe next time the Astros will actually give their diehard fans a chance.
