I've seen some backlash from people saying he is using his girl and her injury to extend his own fame and career.

 

Couldn't even enjoy the moment for a freaking second before something like this gets posted.

My DI would have a comment about this. He would tell you how well you can f**k up a wet dream.

It doesn't matter unless the guy can sing. Besides, for him to stay with her after the accident and being that he is so young, I think that's pretty amazing on his part if you ask me.

I didn't rush to disprove anything just telling what others have said. I haven't even watched and probably won't so I really can't comment one way or the other.

 

Yeah, I remember watching that when it aired. It was really amazing, and I admire the guy for what he's doing. It must not be easy seeing the love of your life sitting in a wheel chair like that...

It was really great that all the judges went to meet her, and Steven Tyler went and started hugging her!!! Very nice moment.

Steve Tyler has been hilarious. Very surprising. Wasn't planning on watching, caught some of Tyler and got sucked in. Eve Jlo has been ok. But Tyler is the judge they should have had all along.

Dude in the clip has a great voice regardless of accompanying story.

I don't watch AI, but for some reason I flipped and saw this story. Ultimately the guy isnt going to win for his story, but as long as he isn't William Hung bad, I would have passed him to Hollywood too.

How did I exactly crap on this thread? Oh, because I brought up what OTHERS have said and thought? Would me not bringing that up eliminate the fact that there are people that feel that way? In fact, the only reason I brought it up is because I thought it was idiotic of people to judge him and his actions if they don't really know him but I didn't comment because I haven't watched the clip myself or listened to his story. Oh, but you assumed I brought it up to crap on the story, the man and his fiancée when that wasn't my intent at all. Awesome fail on your part though. The only thing I think may be wrong with the story is that the NETWORK probably picked him for his story and THEY are using him and his family for nothing more than ratings but then again, I don't know their intentions so I will refrain from assuming, unlike some.

The funny thing is you are sitting hear complaining about ruining a good story but you're the one focusing on the negativity that OTHERS have stated that I only brought up and don't agree with myself. Focus on the story and not me, if that is your concern.

if anything, we should be ****ting on Fox for exploiting the story. the show is about who can sing (should be anyways), not who makes for good tv .
