What would they say? Better yet, what would we hear in between those walls? After surfing around reading different opinions, I've found that most Clutchfans have reasonable answers to the Rockets problems. If we as outsiders can see the problems. I only wonder what is being said in the locker room, coaching office, GM office etc... ( Basically the people who are getting paid to do a job) Here is what I think after yesterdays beating.... (JVG enters the locker room looking around suspiciously) JVG: Any cameras around? Good! No pep talk today guys. I'll be in my office. (Howard and Taylor scream in unison) H & T: Oh well, see ya'll later. I'm off to the bank.
At 2:17 pm today 12-29-04 on 610 Sports radio - Rich Lord said that in negotiation with New Orleans about trading Taylor, New Orleans wanted Taylor and the 2005 1st round draft pick. Houston declined and they derived the trade -Jackson and Boki for Wesley. Why would the Rockets not do this deal - they will never get a better offer for Taylor- P.J. Brown is a servicable forward....
I thought it would be a good chance to get rid of Mo's contract- keeping Jackson would make the pick seem like no big deal... Draft picks are our enemy -we do not know what to do with them...
if the rockets lockerroom walls could talk... tmac: "yao... when you go up for a friggin rebound... grab that effer with two effing hands." yao: "grabbing a rebound is like swimming against the whitewater of a rapid river. one must believe that it is possible to withstand this natural force of the phenomenon." tmac: "what did you say about my momma?" yao: "nayh-gah, please."
