As much as we've sucked it up this year we can still be in the playoffs! That said lets just assume we make the playoffs shall we... Hopfully by that time this team will make a couple of more key trades and our chemistry would be at its peak. Thus, i think we have the skills and talent on this team to upset som1 and make it into the second round. Think about it T-Mac/Yao taking over the game scorring 20+ each while role players well play their roles. That would be a pretty tuff match up for any team (even the suns!) So keep faith, Im sure things will work out because come playoff time everything we did in the regular season dosn't mean dick! We WILL be the Wild Card! Any thoughts?
Mavs most likley BUT i allways think we match well against the Spurs even though we lose most of the time.
The Spurs would. Maybe the Mavs, but I bet the Suns, Sonics and Kings don't want to see the Rockets in the first round.

The Rockets will battle Memphis, Denver and Clippers for the 8th spot, it will come down to the wire. LA may drop into the mix and teh battle will be for 7 and 8 seed. Portland and Utah should drop out soon enough. What hurts is the play of Phoenix and Seattle. With them locking up places and Dallas, SA, Sac, Minn still very tough teams who should make the playoffs things will be tougher. Phoenix SA Seattle Dallas Sac Minn LA Rockets Clippers have a horrible schedule, I think they will fade. Portland may struggle back to contend. I really think it comes down to Memphis vs. Rockets for the 8th seed. Denver is a factor. There you have it... we better win when we can, those losses to Atlanta and Charlotte hurt big.
I doubt the Clips will be in the mix come playoff time. But it looks like it will be down to Memphis/Denver/Houston/LA battling for the last 2 spots. Also, not sure if Seattle can keep it up either, they just lost to the Magic and Wizards, they just don't seem like they can keep up the shooting.
If we make it in the playoffs, we better at least be a 4th or 5th seed (which most likely won't be the case). Anything lower might be an early exit. Never mind. The laker's are punking us. We are doomed. Doomed I tell ya.
