    I say it was Achebe. Great promise at first, pained it out with the rest of us in the December losing streak, then in January decided to tank the rest of the season by not showing up to play every game and started mailing in his posts.

    thacabbage might be appropriate, too, but I don't think he even bothered to mail in his posts. He would be more like the Denver Nuggest season. ;)

    Smeggy tanked on us, too, and started mailing in his posts, but he did keep playing fantasy ball. I think he's more like a fantasy-filled, Jerry Krause-Bulls season.

    I'd have to say Holden. The frown at the end of almost all of his posts makes me think how sad this last season was. This year will be a whole lot better though.

    Me! By the end of the season, I was ready to trade the whole d*mn team for a broken down Yugo & a bag of stale doney nuts (what?!?). :D

    I would have to say that it reminded me of "crispee" because it had such great promise of a new beginning, but then the season went down the tubes with the injury of Francis and other problems which coincided with "crispee" taking a hiatus at the same time and the board suffering.;)

    But just as the season ended and we were lucky to get the #1 pick and draft Yao Ming and also get Bostjan Nachbar, an old face returned in "heypartner" thus ending the bad memories of last season with the exile of "crispee". He was back with a renewed vigor just like the Rockets will be in 2003.:)

    I'd call the season just past "wink" as i blinked and missed the intelligent passes & plays we did, and the nights we had the set/planned starting 5 on the floor ;)

    If it was for season 02/03 i'd say "getsmartnow" would be the best name. :)

    it was troyBarros,
    as much as i wanted to stop watching the games(reading his posts) i couldnt out of morbid curiosity. and in the end the whole thing just pissed me off.

    the season certainly wasnt "clutch"
    and it certainly wasnt "jeff" whatever that means...

    :(

    Probably Behad - destroyed by injuries on top of old age

    or

    Achebe - just plays for the highlight reels and does none of the hard work

    or

    Rimbaud - All talk with no game to back it up

    or

    CriscoKidd - live and die by the left-handed outside shooting black hole

    or

    HeyPartner - floor leader flawed by decision making errors

    The Rockets' last season was comparable to SmeggySmegg and his upside-down schedule:
    sleeping during the games, and bringing it at 3:00 a.m. when there's nothing on the line.
