If the Hornets Die does that benefit the NBA owners?

    I remember that the Owners threaten contraction a few times during the lockout or at least mention it. Could this be something the NBA owner’s want, to get rid of a team?

    I cant think of a better way to kill a team than to let their best asset walk for free at the end of the year.

    NBA should definitely contract if these teams are afraid of losing money, the Hornets and Bobcats in particular. Might as well.

    They should contract the Hornets or sell them to someone in Seattle.
