    4. If the Knicks were to release Steve Francis, he would probably wind up signing with:

    (a) Celtics
    (b) Spurs
    (c) Magic
    (d) Rockets

    ANSWER: (d)

The Rockets would be interested. Remember how Tracy McGrady and Magic management sniped at one another after McGrady was dealt to Houston for Francis in 2004? You heard no such criticism of Francis from the Rockets, and they still hold his talent in high regard.

But it's hard to imagine that the Knicks will buy out Francis' contract anytime soon. While it's true that they've already paid off Mo Taylor and Jalen Rose, Francis is owed more than $40 million through '08-09 -- almost double the total buyout to his former teammates. The Knicks can't afford to pay him to play well for another team, especially if Stephon Marbury is injured again.

i don't blame him. i dont know how he would have known that thread was talking bout this information because that one's titled "something to ponder on."

and don't tell me people are searching before starting threads. it would be better if the people who start threads would title it better so there's not so many repeats like this.

just my 2 cents. BUT LOCK IT UP! :)

Reason I named it Something to Ponder on is because it's something to ponder on. We have a lot already with Stevie coming to Houston. You should always check the forum before posting things.

Your counter argument is that we already have Stevie threads. If that is true, then why didn't you simply post that article in the other SF3 threads?

You didn't use an existing thread because you thought that article was worthy of its own thread. As such, your thread title should have reflected that.

"Something to ponder on" is a bad thread title. It's perfectly understandable how a duplicate thread was created.

    exactly.

if people are going to post articles...atleast put the article title in the thread. i mean isn't everything on this entire forum "something to ponder upon?"
if u put things in titles like "wow." "look at this" u going to have people create threads like this.

so instead of just putting a good title in a thread, you want people to read every thread on the front page?? wow

Closing this thread, but agreed the other thread title is too vague and non-descriptive. Appreciate you posting it though CheezeyBoy22...
