I pose this question to all of you who think we need to fire our General Manager and hire a replacement. If you think this is true, then who should we replace him with. Who has the credentials to GM this team and why? Ive heard that if Jimmy Johnson lands the head coaching gig (almost inevitable that Capers is gone), then he would handle both head coach and GM duties. I would think that would be alot of work for one person to handle, but then again Im not the one doing it.
Basically anyone who would actually attempt to fix the O-Line and who won't trade/overpay for players who end up 2nd string.
not me. pick one of those other guys. i listed The Cat as well. i don't know near as much about football talent as those guys.
I suggest a room with a large board with all eligible draftees on it, 100 monkeys, 3,000 darts and an unlimited supply of alcohol.
First time to post here. What to you guys think of Mike Martz as a possible head coach. Is anybody an upgrade over Capers. I think Mike Martz would work better with David Carr.
