Mobley will have to leave the Rockets for his safety.
After all, what if Ming gets hungry during a game or practice?
The first thing he's going to sink his teeth into is
    "The Cat!"

HA HA HA HA HA - Tasteless I know, but kinda funny!!

    "Just Ming it Baby!"

It's a good thing Mario Elie doesn't play for us anymore.

The SPCA probably wouldn't mind seeing Mobley gone... I know I wouldn't.

Racist? I think you're gonna be the only one saying that. Though it would have been racist if his intent was to degrade chinese people, but that is not the case this time. I't was a bit tasteless though since it included canibalism. He tries to make a joke on chinese people eating cats wich I have no idea if they do but I wouldn't concider that any worse than eating pigs or cows.

Mario Elie's nickname was "The Junkyard Dog," given to him by Rockets announcer Calvin Murphy because of his hustle-type play. What they're saying here is that Ming would be prone to eat "The Cat" Cuttino Mobley, as Chinese are often stereotyped to consider American house pets as comestibles. By the same since, if "The Junkyard Dog" were still playing here, he would be in danger of becoming egg roll filler for his 7'5" teammate.
