Would you still be a fan? With all the wild rumors and semi-confirmed trade talks going on...as well as some of the ridiculously bad packages being offered for Tmac, if Morey/Les were dumb enough to accept a Marbury-type deal, could you stomach watching the Rockets?

The only way I'll stop being a fan is if Les Alexander breaks into my house and takes a **** in my mouth while i'm snoring.

I won't stop being a "fan" but I might let the Rocket's portion of my league pass go to waste this season.

I will NOT watch Marbury in a Rockets uniform. I like him as a person, he's generous and caring and charitable...but I want him as a player nowhere near this team.

So long as they're in Houston I'll always be a fan.

Even if they make dumb decisions along the way (hopefully trading T-Mac, right now when his value is low, won't be one of them).

I'd accept a Marbury+a first+one young stud for TMAC deal before TMAC plays out of Adelman's system like SF and MJ did.

I'll probably break a lot of stuff and curse Morey til I lose my voice... but I'll still be a fan.

I could never not be a die-hard Rockets fan. However, if McGrady was to be traded, I would be sick, sick, sick and just insanely pissed and bitter for a long time.

Ok, it has taken me longer than most but I think the GARM has officially jumped the shark.

And for the record, I am a Rockets fan, period, team over player 100% of the time.

The only way I'd stop being a Rockets fan would be if we got Kobe. But even that wouldn't last. I'd come back.

T-mac is a sensational player, but the only time I would be gutted is if we decided to trade Yao. He is the heart and soul of the team. He embodies all the values we want in our players. Even though Howard might have a better career, I still won't make that trade.

What makes you think Howard doesn't have those values? By all accounts the dude is dedicated to his game and works hard.

I'd be mighty pissed if Morey was an idiot and made that trade. I'd still be a fan,but relapse on the golden days of Stevie and Cuttino until something better came around.

If Kobe landed in Houston, however, I could not be a fan. Same could go for Kenyon Martin and that bi***made fool known as Karla Malone.

Nah, I want McGrady gone like dot com stock before the '99 recession.

I'll always be a Rockets fan, to hell with the TMOs and YOFs. With that said, let's build around Yao, and make him a 25/12, night-in, night out guy. I finally think he can do it.

a better poll would be if the Rockets traded Yao and McGrady for scrubs and expiring contracts would you still be a fan.

If that was the case I would stop being a fan cuz management is basically saying *** the fans and that saving money is more important than winning.

True, but Yao not only shoulders his team, but the national team and the Chinese community. Its only the things that he does on the court that impresses me, but also off the court.

I guess I like the continuity of us not only drafting Yao, but also having him retire as a rocket, which almost certainly will be the case unless the front office was stupid enough to trade him.
