Which I still don't think... GO LAKERS!!!! You guys know how much I hate the Lakers, but they have never cheated to the extent the Sixers have today. From now on, anybody vs. the Sixers is my favorite team.

If the Lakers meet the Sixers in the Finals, its only gonna be a 4 or 5 game series.

Iverson pushed off almost every time he drove to the basket. Mutumbo was over the back on about 10 rebounds. He pushed Davis in the back on about 5 others. They called Jerome Williams for a foul on a perfect tieup of Mutumbo. There were so many blatant examples of the biased nature of the officials today-- I'm not going to into everything right now because, frankly, I feel like beating the living s*** out of something. I've never seen any officiating in any sport anywhere in the neighborhood of how bad it was today.

The Cat, I'm mad right now too. I really can't stand Iverson, he's just a thug with some game. Since Carter's my second favorite player behind Francis, I was rooting for the Raptors. The Sixers are very overrated. I don't see them making it out of the East. I'm upset because the Raptors should have won, it was there.

I just hope the Bucks sweep the Sixers because I really can't stand the lovefest that occurs after every game the Sixers win. I'm tired of hearing about how great Allen Iverson is.

8-27 shooting isn't very clutch, he's just lucky that Mckie stepped it up. There were some questionable calls as far as over the back's by mutombo, but that's just playoff officiating.

Another reason I want to see the Sixers lose is because I don't think I can handle listening to Allen Iverson attempt to put words together in a sentence. I have no clue what the hell he's talking about half the time.

How is a 56 win team overrated?

People try and act like Iverson is deserving of the MVP of the league and say that the Sixers are one of the best teams in the league. The Rockets are better than the Sixers-- I sure don't see them getting that publicity. And Iverson leading his team to a 56-26 record in a pathetic conference isn't a big deal. However, being the top big man (Duncan) in a conference with tons of stars (Shaq, Garnett, etc.) and leading your team to the best record in the league, considering your schedule against this conference, is. And people always try and say Iverson does it with no help-- are Aaron McKie, Mutumbo, Snow, Lynch, etc. really that much worse than Derek Anderson, David Robinson, Terry Porter, Danny Ferry, etc.? Iverson getting MVP over Duncan was a joke... the Sixers getting any kind of talk as best in the league is a joke... and any talk that the game today was played fairly is a joke as well.

It's playoff officiating if it happens on both sides. But anytime the Raptors were even remotely near going over the back on Philly, there was no hesitation at all to blow the whistle. I can buy the playoff officiating if it happens on both ends. It didn't today. I didn't think anything ever could push me to cheering for the Lakers... looks like I've now found something that potentially would.

I guess the Sixers cheating this year outweighs the Lakers cheating last year in your mind. How do you decide who to pull for, whoever cheated most recently?

First off the 76ers ARE NOT overrated. Having the 2nd best record in the league is impressive, and the East isn't as bad as people think. Iverson didn't deserve the MVP over Duncan I agree. And Malone didn't deserve the MVP over Duncan in 1999, Duncan just keeps getting screwed because he isn't "marketable", and the calls against Toronto were horrendous no doubt. But the 76ers didn't cheat. The officiating was horrendous, but you can't blame Philly. What did you expect them to do, walk up to the officials, tap them on the shoulder, and say, "I'm sorry my good man, but I think you should make some more calls against us! To even it out and all!", I don't think so. The 76ers are in the Conference Finals, nothing can be done about that. And I think Milwaukee will beat them, so you know, what can you say?

I'm not out there to look for guys to cheat... I know the Lakers have gotten their share of calls this year and last year. But I cannot recall one specific game where the Lakers, or any team for that matter, got as many questionable calls in their favor as the Sixers did today. For a team to get so many calls in a critical game 7 really irks me. Let the players play.

I guess you're already forgetting all your posts from last year's playoffs. Or for that matter, last week.

Nope-- I definitely remember. However, today outweighed all of them in my opinion. I could be wrong of course, but I've never seen anything as bad as what happened today.

AI's a nice player, but I don't like him. But the real reason I was against the Sixers today was Dikembe Mutombo (gawd that guy gets all the calls - and he has an extremely annoying face), and the fact that I absolutely love Jerome Williams. Man, what a great person to have on your team. I do agree the Sixers got the calls. All of the times when the refs signaled the ball to Philly, it was questionable.

I can't believe you'd put down Mutombo's face and then talk about how you love Jerome Williams.

You whine EVERY time the game goes against who you want to win. Seriously mate...it's getting f#cking predictable.

To say we are better than Philly is a joke...

To say Iverson didn't deserve MVP is a joke...

To say 'Cat' is your nickname is appropriate...

Good luck to Philly. A TEAM that busts it's arse every game...I hope they win it all.

For everyone hating on Iverson and saying he didn't deserve MVP, keep in mind that Iverson also won the MVP award voted by the players. Shouldn't that tell you something? Enough about his bad shooting percentage or whatever. Just watch the guy play. He's the heart and soul of that team.
