If i were gm for the Rockets

    The first thing I think I need to do is fire Rudy T. He is a big man coach and what do I need with a big man coach when I have one of the best piont guards in the and a legit shooting guard.

    Second thing I would do

    I jacked something up so here is my second thing I would do send Glen Rice to Seattle for Rashard Lewis and Cash. What do we need with an old washed up Small Foward.

    Now I would just let the Rockets cost and try and make a run at the playoffs. Then I would trade Mo for the 1,2,or 3 pick in the draft and get Yoa Ming.

    I would also let Walt leave he is not contributing much so why would we need him

    Now tell me that we cannot win with this line up

    I dont think the Sonics would trade their up and comeing star of the future for an old no defense playing bad shooting shooter.

    If you were GM for the Rockets, I would be the owner and fire you ASAP.

    If you think the Sonics would trade Lewis for Rice and cash, you need to jump in a Canadian lake.

    Crack comes to Canada! I think the Rockets should have got Vince Carter for Hakeem, but I was not the G.M. (or on psychiatric medication).

    Why not? They fired George Karl and gave a pre-coked-up-Kemp away for Eeyore.

    I don't know if firing Rudy is necessary. Which of the assistant coaches does mentor our guards, though? Tis a fair question.

    I like the Rice for Rashard deal. Good thinking! :rolleyes:

    Walt will be leaving and his $6 Million of cap relief will be welcome.

    I think that the gaming mentality has come to RealGM. It is supplanting the bean-counter mentality-- you know if the numbers match it's a done deal!

    This is the most ridiculous thread that I have ever read here. Well, wait a minute....now that I think about it, there have been others, but I'll keep it to myself.

    However, it's pretty lame almost as lame as a Rocket fan who has "Vince Carter" in their name.:rolleyes: :p

    If we dumped Rice on Seattle and got Rashard Lewis, I'm sure that Stern would probably void the deal due to gross unfairness and incompetence.

    Here's Vince's next "deal":

    Cato, Morris, Collier, Boney aka Langhi, and a Rockets program to the Lakers for

    Shaq AND Kobe!
