So the wife and I tailgated Sunday with some good friends of ours that have an annual huge tailgate with the RV and all that jazz. About an hour after we arrived, my buddy comes up to inform us who the lady was who was talking to his mother in-law. It was this lady.

Of course, my drunky wife and my buddy's wife sat next to her during the game and through the course of four or five beers, became "buddy-buddy" with this lady. It was all pretty surreal. Regardless, I'm looking for a life insurance policy that will be opened in my name in case my wife got any ideas! :D

It could be worse. It could have been this lady.

RM95...what cheerleading squad are you on? I was thinking we could get a ClutchFans BBS meet to come out and support you. :D

When my wife was a clerk in law school she worked for a lawyer that worked on the Holloway case. She had to call Wanda every now and then to give her updates. Back then she went by a completely different name so she couldn't be recognized as easily.

I bet OJ would be a cool guy to watch football with. I imagine it could be awkward though :(

"Oh that's such a bull**** call. The ref is killing me"

"Damn the USC cheerleaders are hot. I'd hit them"

RM95, you amaze me, brother. You're the only dude from the United States I know that doesn't live with his wife, but loves her... but goes out with her... but is separated... but tailgates with her... but quotes her in BBSs...

I think your wife/separation story is #2 on this board right after the Preston27 debacle last fall. :)

Hey, what can I say? I want nothing more in my life than my marriage to work out. I've never wanted anything more in my entire life. I think we're on the right path at this time as we're dating, spending quality time together and with friends/family. Hopefully I'll be starting a new thread in a month or so talking about her moving back in! :)

I have one question: Did she look as good as Holly Hunter?

WORK IT OUT. So how did your New Year's Eve and Christmas go as far as how you two spent it? I hope it was good. WHEN she comes back, I'll bring the 7-layer dip. ;) I know you United States people don't do too much during Christmas Eve, we Mexicans party until next day.

    Not quite. :)

New Year's Eve was great. Christmas not as much, but it spawned a discussion about us both giving 100% to working on the relationship, even if the feelings aren't the same right now. We also both really like our new counselor. She really wants things to work out, so I think they will.

What did you get her and what did she get YOU? I got the SwoLy wife a diamond pendant hidden inside a wallet/purse thingie. She got mad and said that "we don't have enough money for you to be spending it on this". Geez, happy merry new christmas year to you too, lady. I got nada.

I'm still hoping things work out for Preston 27. I wonder if those people in training are still being disruptive?

Keep on keepin' on Preston 27.
