[IDIOT] so i just told my ex that i still had feelings for her

    not sure why i did it, but damn. i know she still has feelings for me (she said so), but this relationship ended for a reason (cheating). we've been talking a lot lately... hell, she even came to town and visited me a few months ago; coincidently it was right around that time that i started to miss her. didn't help that she was looking absolutely stunning that night.

    weird thing is is that she's told me recently that she misses me and yada yada... but she's been seeing someone else for awhile now and basically told me she's in a good spot right now. in other words.... not gonna happen. i dont really know why i decided to tell her; guess i was hoping she'd say the same thing.

    what sucks is that i had pretty much gotten over her up until that night she visited me.... it's like that just opened the flood gates.

    oh well, just venting. i've got to learn to move on because thinking about the past will get me nowhere.

    on a lighter note, i think i landed the job i've been shooting for for almost 2 years :cool:

    women... cant live with 'em, cant kill 'em all :D

    had a similar experience as well. Was fine with everything for a while and then old feelings started coming back. Damn holidays :D glad their over

    In my limited experience, people can change many things about themselves. But cheating is not one of them. I obviously don't know you or her personally, but I would guess it would only be a matter of time before it happens again. You're probably better off without her.
