I would prefer Rasheed Wallace over C-Webb any day.

Head case or not I would choose Wallace over C-Webb any day. I know he has a short fuse and could lose it at any moment but you can't deny his talent. What I like most about him is he has a killer instinct. When the game is on the line he demands the ball and delivers, unlike C-Webb and Garnett. I think he would go great with the Rockets if we could acquire him via trade and I think Rudy can handle him also ( look at Charles Barkley, Cato, Maxwell, etc.....). I'm just not sold on C-Webb and besides he's holding our future in his hands because we're putting our own free-agents ( Mo Tay, Dream, and Moochie ) on hold by waiting on C-Webb. It seems that C-Webb just doesn't have that hunger to win, sure he can talk it but can he walk it?

I would too. He seems less content to just jack up jumpers like Webber. Plus, he's just one of my favorite players!

Yeah, Rasheed sure does a lot of good when he's riding the pine.

C'mon.. he's too crazy for basketball. He'd tear the Rockets apart with his bad attitude.

    Watch your mouth.

I've been one of C-Webb's biggest detractors on this BBS.....but that's just going too far. The day Rasheed Wallace puts on a Rockets jersey is the day I start rooting for the Mavericks.

Talent wise Rasheed is up there with C-Webb. Only problem...Rasheed has issues. And for that reason, Rasheed is a NO NO. If the Blazers want to build chemistry, Rasheed's got to GO GO.

I think Rasheed is better then C-Webb. On a team of superstars Rasheed still puts up big time numbers. Imagine what he would do if he didnt have to share the ball with the Stoudamire, Steve, Bonzi, Quitten, etc...

But he does have an attitude. How can he be clutch if he is not in the game. I would still be willing to take a chance on him though. Rudy is a players coach and I think he might be able to contain him.

Yeah, maybe Rudy could contain him like he contained Vernon Maxwell. [IMG]

Sometimes a player is a jerk, and has a bad attitude. And sometimes, there is nothing the coach or anyone can do about it. 'Sheed is one of these players, and I hope to God that we never get him.

Maybe Rudy could delegate handling 'Sheed to Larry Smith!! [IMG]
