I will miss Mo. Good Luck!Mo!

I will miss Mo. He really has some low post game, which was very often non-stoppable. He brought us a few W last season. Without him I do not know if the Rox would have made to the palyoff last season. He was a ligitimate best 6th man candidate.
And he is a nice guy.
He has been useless this season because he was forced to play outside shooting, rebounding which are all his weakness. He is not suitable for the team, that's all. I definitely think Mo can do better in New York. Mo's no crap, not even close. Mo's problem is the salary. And its not Mo's fault. I think the Mo for Norris, Baker deal is a fair deal. We dumped the big salary load, acquired a smaller salary load, and compensate New York with Mo's talent.
So please do not post like we dumped some crap! That's not fair for the man.
All being said, I fullheartedly support the deal. I also want to say to Mo, I loved your play in Houston. Good luck in New York.

It was time for him to go but I did like him a lot when he scored. Good Luck Mo.

I do feel bad that so many of us talk bad about him, but it is only his game not as a person... Mo moved his mom into a new house behind mine and she is a VERY nice person and so is his brother... Mo did lots for Houston I remember around the holidays this year he filled tons of carts at walmart with toys, tvs, movies, games, bed stuff, books, rockets gear and lots of other stuff to give to needy boys and girls and he paid for it out of his own pocket!!!! While he wasnt the best player for our system he does seem like a good guy and I hope he does well in New York, but the Rockets come first over a single player...

EDIT- I love saying this, but a MO Taylor thread can now go in the DISH:D

How is Mo's salary not his fault? You can bet his agent started out talking even higher than what he got.

I don't know that I'll miss him... since he hasn't been playing. But I don't doubt that he is a good guy and I wish him well unless he's playing us.

Screw Mo. He's happy with his ****** contract in NY now. He needs to be on a losing squad, being the loser that he is.

Hes best year was that 200-2001 year when we won 45 games, he used to start the game by hitting the first 3 shots or so. as well as the work he did in the city (Mo betta bunch) etc etc. Hope he has Mo luck and Mo playing time in NYC. Good Luck Mo

he was great during the playoffs last year, honestly him and steve were doing all the work.
however, earlier in the season he definitely wasn't playing like he used to, I'm happy he's moved on now.

If he got some playing time in NY he could produce like he did for us last year. There are alot less good PFs in the east than there are in the west and he could find it easier to work in the paint over there. Good luck to you Mo.

Mo's also legit 6'9" PF that can't rebound. Sorry, but <7rpgs is crap.

Mo only took what was on the table, but it's not like he asked for less and was given more. Rudy plus Carroll was like Tweedle Dumb and Tweedle Dumber. CD did what Rudy wanted. Now CD is doing what JVG wants.

I DO NOT CREDIT CD WITH THESE MOVES. JVG took a year and a half to prove me wrong about him, but he's gt my full faith and confidence now.

    GO ROCKETS!

BTW, I was the only a-hole in the bar here in San Antonio cheering for the Rockets.

Feel sorry for MoT, I don't think he is going to get much playing time up there with Rose, Sweetney and Tim Thomas up there. Curious set of trades for the Knicks, I'm not a big Zeke fan, but he must have some kind of plan dumping his starting C and going small like he has. I don't see the plan but I hope MoT shoots like 60% from the field and grabs 10 rpg and wins a starting spot on their roster.

I always find it odd when some talk about how Mo has a lost post game.

Ever since the achilles injury, its slowly started to disappear. Sad almost. He couldn't go inside much the last 1 1/2 years without his stuff getting sent back to him, dunks blocked, etc.

I think in the end, all Mo had going for him was a nice mid range jumper, and even that is pretty inconsistent.

I think that Mo will do well in the East and with the Knicks. At least I wish him well.

His style of play does not fit our system. He has performed better in the recent past (prior to this season).

I don't think he'll make any SC highlights, but he'll certainly do better outside of Houston.

Since he is no longer a Rocket, I will only wish him luck when he doesn't play us.

Good luck Mo, when you don't play us. Other than that ride the pine for the locals.

I've been a supporter of Mo since joining this board. While he was struggling this year, I still think he has a lot of game left and I hope he does well in NY. He also genuinely seems like a good guy and I always thought he gave great interviews and quotes. Best of luck Mo!
