I've finally learned my lesson. I'm no longer posting at all or responding to the trolls that ruin this forum. What about you?
As much as I like BMJ, I think sometimes he gets a little too caught up in the crusade to rid the BBS of teh evil-doerz. Srsly. Or maybe I'm just bitter and realize that nothing will ever change
Cool. LOL, Donny. I know it's stupid but I do kind of take it seriously. I love this site but I used to love it a lot more. Trolls in the GARM and trolls in the D&D and now some are even leaking into the hangout. I've said before I wasn't going to respond to them and meant it. But it's hard not to get sucked in when good posters are replying in troll threads. I started this thread for the FranchiseBlade's and the mcmark's and the Sam Fisher's that keep feeding the trolls inevitably leading to my doing the same. The trolls here are like irritating spam bots filling up my email inbox. I'm just trying to create a spam filter so I can enjoy this site again.

In other words, Batman wants only liberal posters to use the site. A Daily Kos circle spank. Got it. The hilarious irony is that there are FAR more liberal trolls who contribute nothing than there are conservative trolls.
Nope. Everybody who reads or posts here regularly has an opinion of who trolls here. The question is will you continue to post in reply to those people whom you consider trolls. My answer is no. What's yours? Donny's right that I take this too seriously. This thread's the end of that for me.
I voted no. IMO there are no trolls. There are some posters to whom I pay less attention, but I do value everybody's input, even posters like SamFisher and DonnyMost. I'm just strange that way. Rats. I misread the poll. I meant to vote yes. I will respond to everybody. That's what I get for trying to do too many things at once.

Apologies. I thought ya'll were best buds. Sometimes you have some clever, biting humor, which I really like. So I was just gigging you.
I find the responses to trolls a lot more annoying than the trolls themselves, so I agree that others should stop feeding the trolls. However, my own responses never annoy me, so I'll continue. And, really, though the trolls are trying to stir stuff up with misleading implications, they mostly post articles that can be discussed. It's not that hard to engage in intelligent debate in a troll thread if you are of a mind to. Most feeders are not.
