I thought Adam Morrison was going to be the bomb. I also though Vassilis Spanoulis was going to be the PG of the future ('till I saw his practice stats on accident), then I believed DADA when he said JJ Redick was a future HOF. Now, I'm on the Rubio band wagon. Based on my fortunes, he's likely going to be a bust. If Morey says he's special, then that's what I believe.

I watched his games against the redeem team, and thought he was pretty awesome. Curious what your predictions are for his future. NBA Star, or the next Spanoulis?

JJ Redick a future HOF? Wtf? xD
Rubio will be a future star. He's only 18, but needs to develop his offensive game.
I'm on that bandwagon too. :)

I also thought that Morrison would at least be somewhat decent. He has diabetes, which definitely affects his game. Heavy exercise may cause low blood sugar, which may not be a good sign if he's already well controlled on his regimen. Anyway, he started out doing pretty well on the Bobcats, but then got injured and was never given a chance again. Even though he shot 38% from the field in his first year, he still looked like a decent player. I guess we'll see if he gets another chance.

Unfortunately, I think Morrison is done. It's odd that V-Span was on the Euro-League championship team and was a major contributor, but didn't fit in on a team that desperately needed a PG. That's what worries me about Rubio.

    v-span is an undersized two-guard.

I guess that makes sense. I didn't look up his stats on Olimpiakos, but guess that his assist numbers are lower and that he's more of a scorer, based on what you said.

given time, vspan very well could have been a regular player on an nba team. He only played 1 season, we will never know how well he could or could not have been, but I think he could have eventually been a nice role player.

Same can be said for Morrison. He really only played 1 season and was not too bad. He got hurt and has not been given a chance to play since then. I think he will bounce back.

DD is really cool and smart too,but he gets caught in hyperbole.Rubio won't become the next V-Span but I'm not sure if he will become an NBA star either.

I never said JJ would be a hall of famer, just better than Luther Head...

I did like VSpan, still do....

    This year, I like :

    1. Griffin - I think he will be a HOF - barring injury
    2. Curry
    3. Harden
    4. Rubio

All 4 ....not sure on Thabeet yet...

Adam Morrison is an NBA bust. Even when he isn't hurt, you can tell he doesn't belong out there. When his contract is up, he will be lucky to get a guaranteed 2-year contract at the minimum. He should thank MJ for drafting him #3, guaranteeing him a bunch of money and setting him up for life.

In all fairness, maybe he would have been good barring the knee injury. I doubt it.

Just like you never said you wanted DJ Strawberry over Wafer? :D

And what happen to your list all of a sudden? Didn't you have Rubio at #3 over Harden earlier?

Why the sudden change? :D Oh yeah, stop making people believe AB is the next coming of Parker. That's just messed up. *shaking head*

Sounds like Rubio will suck in the NBA. You are the curse of death

Ummm, he never said he liked them from best to worst in that order, its the same list.

I think someone needs to jump off the computer and take a break because your just blatantly looking for things that you can try to flame.

VSpan was unfortunate to be in the NBA coached by JVG who was a control freak and played him out of position. I am still wondering how he would have played under Mr. Adelman. The current system, I think, would at least have given VSpan a chance to play his game. Well, this is all water under the bridge but to perpetually condemn VSpan without the benefit of a more in depth view of his situation under JVG is, I think, quite unfair.

Speaking of Rubio, his incredible court vision and instinct cannot be taught. It is a gift. If he plays under Coach Adelman he has a chance to flourish.

In all fairness, JVG wanted Vspan to be a spot up shooter. That is a the last thing you want from a guy who has a suspect jumpshot.
