That sucks. I was just stung by a wasp today (yellow jacket?)....TWICE. It was my first time ever to be stung by a wasp or bee. My freaking ankle.
There's not much to do expect rest and anti-inflamatories. Aleive is best. Topical pain relievers like Urgay are good if you absolutely have to do something like work. In general, its good to bend at the knees. That's what always causes me to feel like Freddy Crugar pinched my ass.
DUDE, I drove to Austin from Houston yesterday and there was a hornet perched on my ceiling the whole time. It was immune to level 5 window wind attacks. It was the most uncomfortable ride ever. Like KGB in the back seat.
Since this is the unfortunate thread- I have strep throat, first time ever...and right after vacation. Spitting into a cup is kinda gross as I'm not a Skoal kinda guy. The sweats suck, too.
LOL! I could just picture you driving down the road with it clinging to the roof. Partially cause I've had the same thing happen once, but I believe I stopped and opened both doors. It's scary when one of those suckers crawls up your leg when you are driving.
Everytime i do a throwing motion with my right arm it hurts. I wouldn't say I could launch a football 60 yards down field, or throw a 95 mph fastball, but I can chuck a ball decently for a small frame guy like me. I feel most of the pain when my arm is cocked back, i can feel some twinge or pain on top of my shoulder. What the hell is that?
I think I would've had to pull over got it out somehow. I don't think I could concentrate on the road with it like that. Imagine if it started flying around, the chaos in that moving car. I'd lose all focus on driving.
Its most likely a strain, not an actual tear. If it was a tear you would be in excruciating pain. I had a similar strain, and it eventually went away after about 3-4 months.
