I think the Rockets can make the playoffs too. But if they are fortunate to beat out a couple of other WC teams to get there, they won't advance with the huge disadvantage of not having Yao. It's just too tough. I am not saying we should tank by any means, but at this point they would be better off with a lottery pick. I am going to root for the Rockets to get the playoffs, but it will be tough.

I say we make the second round, that´s what i predicted at the beginning of the season and as many say "it will depend on how Scola develops" well now is the same but Scola has to develop harder, better faster and stroger. Anyone who thinks we can make the playoffs right now significantly undervalues the impact Yao Ming makes for this team. Our roster minus Yao Ming is pedestrian. He is the foundation of our offense and defense. Game over worry about next season now
