That Sixer team was the same type of team as the Heat are now ... 3 big stars who need the ball a lot and no dominant center. There weren't enough basketballs to go around, but there was plenty bickering and chemistry problems. I predict there won't be enough basketballs in Miami for LBJ, Wade and Bosh. Look for chemistry and ego problems from the get-go. I predict the team will win 60-65 games and then get crushed in the conference finals or the NBA finals. Following season, crushed again after winning a couple playoff rounds and then those guys are going to all want out of there, and there will be a fire sale.
Was George McGinnis brought in by management to create this "Big 3" or did he get together with Collins and Dr. J and make the decision himself? Also, were they great friends off the court?
