I havent missed Rox games since the season start. Didnt watch last night's game. I wasnt frustrated for the first time when Rox lost. I realized it is really not healthy to follow Rox so closely to get clinic depression. From now on, I am going to care less about Rox, catch the game only when I want to, and not going to come to this board every day, maybe only once a week. That ought to cure my Rocket's depression.

I've discovered that switching over to another channel actually helps reduce my blood pressure.

Amazing how the Food Network, Home & Garden, TechTV, heck public access channels, are all more entertaining then the Rox' dribblebrickfest.

    :)

"If you tighten the string to much, it will break. If you leave it too slack, it will not play."

    It's all about balance. :)

I say lets play an association game using the players last name to show your disgust.

    1. Stevie Frenchfries (needs to learn a thing or two about unity)
    2. Yao Ding-a-ling (obviously size doesnt matter to yao because he plays so teency weency at times)
    3. Cattino Immobiely (he has all of the tread in the world and no traction)
    4. Kelvin Potato (i see the court potato is at it again with all of his zeal)
    5. Maurice Trailer (he plays great in the paint when he is down there)

I could do about 10 with Van Gundy alone, but I think I will stop here.

I used to tape games even when I was home and watch something else. If they won, I watched with joy. If they didn't, no need to watch. I was a happier person with low bp. Even when Bird was nailing the 3s, no problem...

One more post, the counter starts tomorrow. ;)

My wife was the one always telling me that not to get upset with Rox, think they have nothing to do with you. After the loss to new jesery, I made a promise to her that I wouldnt tivo the game anymore, and wouldnt check the result either. But you know, SF got suspended, sun is not doing well. That gave me hope agian.
;) So I secretly set up tivo when she was asleep the night before. She was home on Monday, and Tivo auto-tuned into the game, she kept watching. :D :D :D :D
When I got back, she was so upset with the game and wound up ready to explode, told me not to watch it. So I didnt feel bad at all. Maybe I should do this more to her.

Do you think we got chance against Bucks? They are kind of soft. ;)

you want to leave in the midst of the trade deadline??? my insider said that its a guarantee that the rox will be making a move before then. you sure you dont want to check back every half hour just in case?

We should learn from the Rocket's player to deal with this kind of emotional torture. They handle well as time as bad as it is. Just don't put the game ahead of everything, there are something else more important like attending superbowl.

Maybe you should realize that you need to build better thread titles.
