extreme circumstances require drastic measures and with all the baggage rodamn might bring he could also show his passion for the game and rebounding. at 42 years old he could outrebound any of our powerfowards in about 20minutes a game.

I would like to have him, just to add some toughness to this team. Saw him while ago on a tv show, looks like he still is in a pretty good shape.

Rodman on the Rockets is not going to happen because that idea was brought up recently on VanGundys radio show and he brushed off'd that idea real fast.

But thats not to say our power forward issue is not a major issue. A poster here pointed out in another thread that the leading scorer against the Rockets was the power forward on the other team a large percentage of the time, something like 12 out of 17 games. Now if you think about the utter lack of production we get out of the power forward spot on the offensive end and with rebounding, and couple that with this defensive stat, it really really shows what a major issue the Rockets have at that position. Its even worse than it seems which I didn't think possible.

Just say no. I don't care about his antics on and off the court, but the guy is like 100 years old, totally washed up.

A 100 year old Rodman can still outrebound any of our PF.

Rodman's intensity, rebounding skills and smart play during his prime outweigh his baggage. But now I dunno, he seems to have cleaned up his image a little bit, but is older and hasn't played (NBA game) in years. Plus, we need to get younger and more athletic, neither of which Rodman (now) can help. I sell.

This isn't a bad idea if it was proposed 5 or 6 years ago...
