I have recently cleaned out my storage shed and I have come across some pretty neat stuff from a while back. I am just wondering if there is a site where I can look to see how much the stuff is worth. I found a bunch of different things such as baseball cards, care bear memorabilia, porcelain dolls, and a ton of other stuff. I really would appreciate it if someone could recommend me a site were i could look into some of these things.
Awesome! Lost treasures! Beckett mags are always great but if you're cheap (as I am), you can check things at: www.collect.com/default.asp?cookie%5Ftest=1 Good luck!
do you have any transformers by any chance? i mean c'mon... if you have carebears, then you must have transformers. i'll buy'em from ya.
No transformers, sorry. My brother had some when he was younger and knowing him he took them apart or damaged them some other way for no reason. I am guessing those all got thrown away many of years ago.
Well even though this is about collecting, this article about treasure hunting with metal detectors has intrigued me. I think I'll go out and find some buried cans.
I sold my whole collection about two months ago for $1,400 cash. I had a bunch of them, all in fantastic conditon. Next on the block is my G.I. Joe collection....for sale or trade for original Star Wars stuff. I'll never part with my Star Wars toys.
You could always try going on Antiques Roadshow with some of that stuff...you never know if you have a jem of an antique on your hands.
