Hey, my girfriend is working on this company powerpoint for her company consulting in china, and she wanted to put that clip into her presentation. Does anybody have that video clip on their pc? Thanks for your help? BTW, that`s one of my favorite YAO plays as well. I also like the times he catches the ball, palms it, and dunks it in the same motion! What about you YAO fans?

ill post what i got in a bit...
i jumped out my seat when watching the behind the back. and this play just happened to be (roughly) a week after shaq called yao ming out for not "bein more flashy". his words were somethin along the lines of, "anyone can fade away and use a jump hook when you 7'6 but can u......"

i also love when he palms the ball and follows it up with a dunk.
brings back memories of last night, watching the finals, game 1 and seeing otis thorpe palm the ball like it was a baseball.

Do we have a Rockets Video Thread in here?

If not, then we should make one so people don't have to search all over the place...

I remember those plays. The first time I remember Gasol had pinned Yao's left arm down, so he grabbed the board with his right and dunked it on him. Someone had a freeze-frame picture showing Gasol cowering out of the way.

The other time Juwan missed the shot against Minnesota and Yao grabbed it with his right hand and dunked it with Garnett and some other guy trying to slap it away.

Hey thanks rushhour, I downloaded it no problem, yeah when yao first came in rudy`s spread offense YAO was making a spectacular play every other game. But the last couple of years he has been working on his defensive skills, but YAO is my favorite player to watch play, i notice that I channel surf a lot more when Yao gets taken out of the game! Thanks again r-hour. I just won some browny points with my gf

well, it really is commercial breaks, but I find that if something else is really cool like an ultimate fight inside the octagon match on spike or some cute babe on another channel, I notice it tends to take me longer to get back to the rockets game coming back from the breaks. Let`s face it the rockets last year with their poor outside shooting and if you isn`t giving them wide open looks they can really just throw up brick after brick like against the expansion bobcats. they win most nights by tough defense and having a go to guy down the stretch in tracy. but they lost a lot of games last year against the likes of atlanta, ny nicks, charlotte, etc that just were painful to watch, especially the fact that they do not do a very good job of keeping yao involved in the offense. When you have Bobby Sura a lifelong two guard playing point you are going to have an inefficient offense, and their offense is boring at times. Especially when tracy is off and he is just pulling up from 3 point land taking those low percentage shots and shooting 5for 21 for the night. Percentage wise tracy isn`t a very efficient shooter, its mostly b/c he settles for bad shots b/c he thinks he can make any kind of shot and he can just not on ahigh percentage basis. Basketball is my favorits sport, but if the product is boring that night and there is something more appealing on another channel i will switch back and forth alot more and hope that there commercial breaks are taken at different times. I am interested in a lot of things and with the choices available today, you cannot afford to provide a boring product content, and expect to keep your audience tuned in the entire time. :)
