    Kato,

for all the crap he played earlier in his career, he turned out decent with Yao. Who will be Yao's backup now?

    Eric Riley?
    Earl Cureton?
    Oliver Miller?
    Jim McIvaine?

I think we will miss Kato.

Yeah I loved Cato. He's one of my favorite players and I think he's very entertaining and funny..I'll miss him. Good luck to him! He played really well last season..with energy and enthusiasm and hustle...and in the playoffs, he didn't do THAT bad. He was great!

This is the same freaking Kato from ten years ago was related to the situation that made me miss part of the finals in 94.

This reminds me of Texas fans that still spell "Simms" with one "m".

I met Cato once. Nice guy. I'll be sorry to see him go, but will root for him on the Magic.

He did great for us last year. Yao must have a decent backup with his fatigue level, and Cato was a great one. We'll miss his intensity, rebounding, and defense.

Bad Contract GONE! How can you not want to see him go. Juwan Howard is a huge upgrade from Cato. But, I wont lie, he was my favorite player last year other than JJ and Cat. I loved the lions growl when he would throwdown! GROOOOOOOOOOOWL. Stone Hands will be missed I guess.

I would take Cato over Juwannaman any day of the week!

Cato was our enforcer and high energy guy. He will sorely be missed at least by me...
