A Big Texas Welcome to you!!!! This is the greatest sports fan site in the NBA... You will find a lot of good, spirited and educated talk about the Rockets and the NBA..Jump right in!!! Do not let the uninformed, not so logical discussion dissuade you either....jump right in....just keep it professional and not personal. Glad to see this site has really gone international since Ming was drafted. You will find about 80% of the folks on this board love Ming. the other 20% have their arguments and are passionate, but they cannot come up with a better pick in the draft than Ming. Ming has become a phenom in Houston. We cannot wait for his arrival. He has not only brought new fans to the Rockets, but he has made our team international and Houston is a great town for that. Again welcome to you and cannot wait for your input to this site.

As a professional fan, I just want to say, welcome, rook. It takes a lot to become a 1000+ poster - dedication, hard work...but with the support of your fellow posters, we can get the job done.
a big welcome to you!! I actually saw Wang play today at Long Beach. The LA crowd was apparently fans of Wang too. Almost as much as they adored Mark Madsen. aargh. Cheers went up most of the time he had the ball. 14 points, 5-7 from the floor. Had a beautiful play with Logan which drew gasps from the crowd. (could hustle some more though. aargh.) In the end the "star-studded" Warriors beat the crap out of the Mavs 137-112.
