I know this is an excuse, but ... That was some of the worst officiating I've ever seen. Not just tonight, but the whole series! The Jazz were rewarded with no calls for their slaps, hacks, rapes, whatever you want to call it, it was sickening. Yao should have shot 30 more free throws in this series than he did! Obviously, they should've been able to adjust to the way the games were being called (and the Rockets finally did in the second half tonight giving the Jazz some of their own medicine) but my point is, the officials had way to much influence on this series. Over the backs on those last possessions, that play where Kirilenko obviously threw the ball out of bounds, Yao's third to last possession...the list goes on and on. I hope these last 5 games are seriously reviewed, and their is some sort of reparation for the poor performance of those three officials. Obviously the Rockets didn't play well enough to win anyway, but the officiating certainly didn't help.

Who cares, NBA is a joke. I am not going to watch the stupid per-set 2007 NBA final Lebron dunk on Duncan crap, I am convinced enough that NBA is a joke controlled by Referees and David Stern. I quit NBA. You will not see this Shang_hai noon name any more. I still have Hockey which is more fairly officiated, more clean game. Don't get me wrong, my IQ is 158 which is good enough to beat you. Bye bye NBA crap! What a waste of my 6 years!
The refs did make some bad calls and non-calls tonight, but they were sending the Rockets to the line quite a bit in the 4th quarter. And it's not like the Jazz got all those offensive rebounds late in the game because they were getting away with over-the-back fouls. They just outhustled the Rockets.
oh give me a break u guys mention the calls we didnt get how about the calls we DID get like chuck hayes who blatantly traveled under the basket but made the goal anyway.

Obviously you did not watch the games or you don't realize what Sloan preaches to his players........"Foul on every play, they can't call them all". now this is a direct JS quote and you can see it with every play Yao was whacked on the wrist and every drive in which defenders put two hands on McGrady as he turned the corner. Maybe you didn't notice this and you think you understand basketball. But if you didn't notice the overly physical play Utah was allowed to get away with, you are either from Utah like the one guy suggested or you don't have a clue about basketball. The team which was allowed to play more physical won as is always the case. There were times I thought Yao should be wearing a saddle!!!!!
