Most people's Property records list their homesite in square footage... Hakeems is listed in Acreage. He got his place out in Sugar Land way back in the day and probably got it for a steal. The guy is a good business man. He also owns that Denny's on Hwy. 6 off of 59 and also the Dream Car Wash. The only thing that didn't work out too well for him was that Hakeem Bottled Water. Anyone remember that? I have a poster of it still when they were promoting it. Wished I had saved a bottle for nostalgia purposes.

Yes you saw Hakeem driving out of Sugarlakes because its right next to Venetian Estates mix of Old and New houses. And Hakeem and his brother owns 60+ Denny's accross the nation. His Brother manages them.
He doesn't live in Venetian Estates. He lives in Alkire Lakes which is basically between Sugar Lakes and Hwy 90
Well the entrance to alkire lakes is behind venetian estates, and you can see his house from the lake on the left of venetian estates with your back towards 90. and ya, hes always at the mosque, and as some chron article stated, also at the lifetime fitness.
