Well I really dont like posting personal stuff like this but I have no one else to talk too. Well all this started today Iam 19 yrs old with a 7 month old son, very proud I am:) Me and my common law wife got into a really big fight she ended up calling the cops saying that i have hit her(which I did not). So any way the cops came asked her some questions and asked me some questions they did not find no evidence that i had hit her(again which I did not) but she ended up leaving for her moms house.I just want to know who is going to have custody of the baby? me or her am I going to need a lawyer?

as you could imagine I am extremly sad:(

    .

The only advice that I could give you, is to have a good nights sleep and figure out what is best for your little boy.

ur, there are many factors decide who gets the custody. But to sum it up, it depends on who's got the dough

Yikes,...this sounds similar... Let things cool down first and try to talk later...

    I wish you the best.

Yeah, the best thing to do for now is to not overreact. Keep a cool head as much as possible; it will make things a bit less complicated if you aren't running around like a chicken with your head cut off.

No problem. I'm having some issues myself. Granted, I've brought them upon myself, but if nothing else, it has made me realize what it really important in life.

Hopefully everything works out for the best.

Play it cool, get a good night's sleep (hard to do, I know) and see how things look in the morning. Rash decisions are almost never good.

Good luck, dude. I'll keep you and your family in my thoughts.
