My bank drives me F'ing nuts. Most recently because they deactivated my debit card!!! I hate my customer service calls being routed to other counties! That's how the whole thing started. I called to see when my new debit card was coming in since mine is going to expire soon and the person I spoke to deactivated it and they said the bank cant reactivate it. Of course I found out it was deactivated when I was at Target trying to buy something! My calls are always routed to the Philippines and i'm tired of it. I want to talk to a dang North American customer service rep. If the person I was talking to could understand what I was freakin calling about maybe this wouldn't happen. Anyone have a bank that doesn't suck booty? I hate Wamu!
there was a thread not long ago titled 'who do you bank with' , and many people have listed their bank and stated their pros and cons, check it out and see if you want to switch
Do you have anything against the Philippines... or you just don't want to deal with anyone else's accent... or do you just not have patience? No mabuhay for you, no_answer. Seriously speaking, though, stop complaining! EDIT: Royals, in the [thread=145702]28th[/thread] post of that thread you recommend, no_answer praises WAMU. Oh, the irony!
I don't hate the philippines. If I goto the Philippines I don't care if im talk to people from there. When I live in the U.S. I don't want to talk to them when dealing with my bank! This thread is about how I hate my bank because I don't want my call routed to another country. So I can start my own thread. If everyone only started original subject threads, then there wouldn't be anymore. You people need to get laid so you can stop being so grumpy.
Quoted for truth: ...AND you're right. I am calling my wife RIGHT NOW. It's all HER FAULT!!!! Geez, relax. SERIOUSLY: Switch banks.
Also, your thread title asks if we hate your bank.....personally, I don't really have anything against your bank......have a nice day
Since when has a bank failed to send out a new debit card in time before the debit card expires? If any bank fails at this simple action, then their not worthy of having you as a customer and then you have a legit reason to switch (unless it can be proven the bank didn't mess up). I think you are just wasting your time by inquiring...unless your debit card is going to expire in the next two days and you still don't have a new one yet.
All banks, repeat, all bank suck. GO TO A CREDIT UNION. Better rates, less fees, and they treeat you like a human being.
