I hate the Batting Stance Guy on the Astros telecasts.
I try not to "hate" anyone or anything. It's flat unChristian but I can't help myself. I haven't wanted to punish someone this much since I got over hating the Verizon Wireless spokespearson with the glasses and all the repair people following him around. I don't know who in the Astros organization is responsible for this but if there is anyone who can do anything about it, please get ride of the Batting Stance Guy and I'll forget it ever happened.

Maybe I'm secretly jealous? I'm going to bring this up at my next therapy session.

And if the Batting Stance Guy is reading this, nothing personal bro. I understand, a mans gotta make a living. The kids are hungry and the wife wants a bigger piece. I get it. But pleaaasssse get into catering or whatever. Just let the Batting Stance character go away.

He's annoying on the broadcast, but it is pretty impressive.

His Biggio imitation is spot on.

I guess it's one of those polarizing types of things. It doesn't bother me at all.

I dunno bout the Batting Stance Guy, but did anyone catch that commercial for the Berkman plush toys last week? They were totally ripping off the Shamwow commercial. THAT was annoying.

The Berkman strike out swing was well done. Loved the Craig Reynolds and Mike Lamb stances too.

Batting Stance Guy is actually a national FSN thing.

I was watching a Twins game in Minnesota and he was on there as well.

Morgan Ensberg is incorrect. The dude is smiling while doing it.

Morgan Ensberg was  while batting.

I'd like to see Derek Bell, please. Also, Billy Doran, please.
