I Had A Letter Printed in the LA Times Sports Section

    Apparently on Super Bowl Sunday.

    It was a response to TJ Simer's column blasting Houston.

    A buddy of mine in LA told me it got printed.

    I can't provide a link since the freaking LA Times wants me to pay for it, but here is the text of the letter:

    I read with amusement TJ Simer's column that ripped into the city of Houston. It sounds to me that Mr. Simers is a wee bit jealous of the fact that Bob McNair's group was able to get it together to win the NFL Expansion derby and Super Bowl XXVIII while the Los Angeles group could not. That's OK. If everyone believed everything that TJ Simers wrote, bikini skateboard racing would be America's number 1 sport.
