Here is my dream offseason! Step 1: Larry Brown as our new head coach!.............We are half way there, Rudy has already moved upstairs, and I am praying that Larry Brown come in a takes charge of this team. He would help Yao develope so much better, and he would help Stevie transform into a great 2 gaurd!! Step 2: Resigning James Posey! He is a great compliment to Steve, and he is young and fits our nucleus well! Step 4: Draft Andre Emmet in the 2nd Round from Texas Tech.......He is a big 2 gaurd that has many different skills. Step 3: Trading Griffin, Mobley, Rice, and future 1st rounder to the clippers for Andre Miller and Elton Brand Starting Lineups Point Gaurd:Miler/ Norris/ Brown 2 Gaurd: Francis/ Andre Emmet 3 Forward: Pose/Nachbar/ Morris 4 Forward: Brand/Taylor Center: Yao Ming/Kelvin Cato Rotation Miller Francis Posey Brand Ming of the bench Cato Nachbar Taylor Norrs Emmett Coach: Larry Brown I know this would never happen, but this is my dream offseason!

one thing ... I feel that if the ball is going through Yao to create for himself and others, we need pure shooters outside the arc as well. Maybe even starting Boki if he turns out to be what we expected. With posey coming off the bench along with Taylor and such, we can have more of a fluent post game with Posey penetrating and possibly dishing off to Cato for his trademark Alley-oop slams. Just my two cents

Craig, I like your dream except for the fact that we draft Andre Emmitt. I know you go to Tech and all, but we can get someone better than Emmitt.
No way salary wise! How many max players could you have? Miller always considers himself as a max. Then you have SF, AM, EB, YM demanding $$$$. Who is going to pay them?
Emmett did not sign a agent which I believe he still has the right to go back to school. Atleast I hope so (tech fan) but if the Rockets get him than im Okay. From watching him play the last season hes great at creating his own shot, he can finish, but his outside shot is lacking and his defense needs improving. He is a good 2nd round pick he could use another year of school however.
Tech grad too. Guns up!! Yeah I hope Andre decides to go back to school. He really wont garner much interest in the first or possibly second round. I do think, like you said, that another year of Bobby Knight hoops would really help him develop into a stud.
