With all due respect to Kobe/Shaq, I have an uncanny feeling that Lakers is heading to a sudden collapse.

Kobe has been spectacular lately, he's almost become a scoring machine. 55 pts just the other night, then 12 treys a few games ago, the 44 pts against Rockets..... My oh my, this guy is unstoppable ! Is there any thing he can not do?

Or so do we all think.

But if you look at Lakers' boxed score, the rest of team only get single digit. This is reverse “putting all your eggs in one basket”.

Shaq is getting puffy(Ok, he torched us the other night), if Derek Fisher ain't getting his fair share of shots, this team will fold down just like Enron.

On the other hand, with the way Rockets' going, we have a very balanced points distribution. This shows the depth of our bench. The Rockets are gonna rule the NBA for years to come, the team chemistry is building up, next season Rockets will be much more consistent. Rockets will reach at least 2nd round of playoff.

The Lakers have missed the playoffs, what, once in the last 25 years?

It's still a little early for a Lakers demise prediction, but d**n did I love watching the whipping the Sonics just put on them.

The Long Horns to the Final Four and the Sonics playing team ball and hammering LA...it was a very good day! :)

Not that it matters, but it was Kobe who shafted adidas, rather than adidas showing Kobe the door.

It's near the end of 3rd-qtr, Lakers are trailing by 20-pts ??

Good thing Lakers won't see the Grizz in the playoffs.

I wonder if MemphisX is in anyway upset that His Grizz blew a 23 point 4th quarter lead to ther Lakers. Nice choke job.

With the game tied, Gasol split a pair of FT's with 3 seconds on the game clock. Lakers called time and got the ball at midcourt.

Horry inbounded with Gasol defending him. Horry passed directly to Kobe who (for some reason) was single covered by Battier. Kobe (as near as I can recall) hit a straight on 2 half way between the FT line and the arc.

Hubie's a pretty smart guy, but I think with 3 seconds I'd double Kobe and make someone else beat me. :(
