I don't know anything about Photoshop or ImageReady..

... so please help me out here. I have to tell you that my skills in both these programs are equivalent to that of a small child.... one thats not particularly intelligent at that.

What Im trying to do here is redesign my website. I also have no html skills, so thats been rough going too. Anyway, what I thought would be easy and cool is to have a big picture of... basically anything as the index page and have it as an imagemap and people be able to click on a certain part of that picture and take them to a specified web page. Simple, I think, if I knew HOW THE HELL TO DO IT. So, would anyone have the courtesty of helping me out or showing me a pretty simple way to do this. (Please speak in as r****d-proof language as possible)

ok, I must admit that half the novelty of that picture is that its done so poorly (like, on purpose) but I can see where you are coming from.

Anyway,here is kinda what I am trying to do. Obviously I failed at this because I cant just put it on my index page and use it.... it loads as a downloadable file. What am I supposed to do here?
