Yeah I can't stand NBC's football studio show. Tony Dungy is boring and Peter King always starts his senteces "I talked to this player 30 mintues ago".

From what I viewed today, Antonio Pierce is a way worse commentator. SHEESH!

I think the worst is Marcellus Wiley. He tries to be hip and funny. For NBA, the worst by far is Bruce Bowen. I saw him last night on ESPN and he was struggling so bad to talk.

I mean from what I saw and heard today my nod will go with Pierce. I thought Shannon Sharpe was bad but Pierce sounded as if he was picked randomly from a crowd.

Only station I watch for my football fix is NFL network, by the far the best studio guys with the best chemistry going. Individually, I can't stand Irvin and Deion but together with Mariucci for their wrap up show...its gold. Their morning show is great too with Sapp, Faulk, Irvin and Mariucci.

I refuse to listen to anything that comes out of Roidney Harrison's mouth.

Obviously one of the biggest scumbags in recent memory.

I like the nbc crew, dungy is boring but surprisingly candid, dan patrick is a kiss ass, but hey, he's part of the best team ever from espn, and harrison is what he is, a former athlete

peter king is a pompous ass however and so is costas. i used to like costas on nbc back in the eighties, then he did the nba and killed it for me

The entire NBC football night in america crew is garbage.

Dan Patrick, Tony Dungy, and Rodney Harrison are all trash.

What? You hate a dirty player that played 10 years in the same division as your favorite team, and you don't like him? Who would expect that?

And yes he is a douche.

Tony Dungy has to be the most boring analyst known to man. He competing with Hubie Brown for the title

Call Hubie boring if you want. He's one of the most informative announcers.

Rodney rubs me the wrong way, too. Oddly, I can't exactly pinpoint what it is about him I don't like.
Dungy gives pretty good insight and I like his honesty. He's not very animated, though.
Patrick...I still like the radio show. That's about it.

Am I the only one who thinks Harrison tries to belittle whatever Dungy says when he has the chance?

Informative about nothing. He says nothing.....ever. And who wants an "informative" analyst? Wouldnt you want someone to entertain you? not spot off stats/facts that everyone already knows

NFL Network is really great, Rich Eisen the best host there.
I like seeing Eisen, Deion, Mariucci, they have very good chemistry, and the three are funny.

    NFL Network ftw.

Deion Sanders, Warren Sapp, Michael Irvin (though he is a crackhead) and Marshall Faulk. - Cream of the crop for football....

as far as sports goes, Kenny, Ernie and Charles are at the top.

i love me some costas..i'll never forget..sitting in a suite at the summit...right after they won the second title...turning up the volume on the TV...and hearing these words:

"Hakeem Olajuwon has gone beyond all star or even MVP status to rank now as of the greatest players who has ever played the game at any position."
