For he can rot on the bench again? I love Francis but this isn't the best situation for him.

I GUESS, if Stevie would sign for cheap, why not, he's only 32 yrs old, but of course Im completely bias, IM AN OLD STEVIE FRANCHISE fan!!, he could help develop both Aaron, Kyle(even do kyle is already really good at this) in attacking the basket.... :D

Of course nobody expects this from him anymore..... :(

I posted this hoping in God hands that he would see this and see that he still got fans in houston (even if im the only one) that wanna see him in a rockets uniform even if its not gonna be #3 (t mac is wearing it now). Stevie i know you still got the heart to play for the rockets (no one else) and come on the 3rd time the charm.... so get back in shape and get out on the hardwood and run the length of the court for this last year(s) in a Rockets uniform...

P.S. I wanted to see him retire a rockets and his jersey...Thanks for listening

are u telling me if we had a healthy francis running the 2nd unit he couldn't be a von wafer?? he always had heart just look at wat he did when given a chance even when he was injured he you could still see the sparks... he has gas left in that tank..... i would take a gamble and trade lowry, barry, and cook for draft picks or one player.... lowry is only a back-up he can be replaced..... <object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/e2Sx2QlDqao&hl=en&fs=1&"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/e2Sx2QlDqao&hl=en&fs=1&" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>

He's not a healthy Francis. He had knee surgery by Dr. Clanton, and he never recovered. NEVER recovered. It was career ending.

Man guys u guys are getting me all hyped up about this...

but man the reality and the cold hard reality is steve franchise is gone forever...

we don't even have a roster spot for him...Unless Morey makes a trade we already have 15 on the roster...

    Brooks/Lowry
    Budinger/Taylor/Barry/MCGRADY
    Battier/Ariza
    Scola/Landry/Cook
    Andersen/Hayes/Dorsey/YAO

Imagine what Steve would have brought to the team...a whole new sense of excitement and flash!!! We'd be drooling just at THE THOUGHT of him being able to get playing time...

I waited from Feb 08 til Dec 08 for him to get some playtime time..look...I'm still waiting...

Steve Francis is done. The question is...is TMAC to follow???

If the reasoning for adding a player starts with "If we had a healthy [insert player]..", then that player is not healthy.

Anything else said will not matter.

Please keep Steve Francis far, far away from Aaron Brooks.

Kelly D. said Francis is working out hard in Florida with some coach....

Best case scenario for him is to either come back to Houston or maybe go to the Wizards. But the Wizards got Foye and Arenas.
    :(

If we didn't have Lowry, and had that Rafer/Brooks combo, I would have loved Francis back.
