I know it's in jest , but tonight nene really would have helped ( I know it's fruitless to bemoan his absence )

We struggled to score buckets at the end . With all due respect to Clint and Anderson , James and nene pnr is our most solid play in late game situations .

1) nene is the biggest and sets the best screens
2) nene can finish through contact in situations where we aren't going to get a whistle .

True, Nene would not allow chucking to happen. You know Nene will try to get to the basket, not like the other 4 Rockets who were standing there to watch hero ball.

 

Montrezl could have been the next Nene if only DunceToni would've played him.
