I have been a lurker on this board for years, not much of a posters. I have loved the Rockets since birth and have supported every player that has come through our organization. But the two plays i just watched Tracy make were the final straw for me. First, cavs steal, Delonte is behind McGrady, and gets a lead pass and scores easily. McGrady didn't even make an effort to try to play defense. He could of very easily gotten in front of West but made no such effort. Then McGrady steals the ball, from the top of the key, and slows it down just to get a pass back and shoot a transition jumper..... When he could of very easily attacked the rim. Both Cavs announcers were shocked McGrady didnt attack the rim... If your injured, sit out until your healthy. If your healthy, play basketball.
It's extremely frustrating watching Artest and Battier bust their a** on offense and defense just to watch McGrady dog it and not show effort. end rant

he absolutely never comes thru anymore in the big games. He lets himself be guarded, doesn't hustle. He's ubber soft. The play that just defines the new TMac is where he picked Sasha had a wide open dunk, passed it back to Rafer and settled for J. Case closed on Tmac

I think you contributed more by lurking.

When he gets a triple-double in 3 quarters again, will you make a similiar "come out of hiding" post recanting all of this?

McGrady is lazy and ineffective, not quite a superstar. His passing is great though but we need an offensive option.

So what happens after you're done with a player? What's the next step to recovery?

thats my point. He plays when he wants to and its a joke. You got guys like Artest, Battier, Brooks, Yao, and the rest of the team honestly busting their butts night in and night out, then you got Tracy.

Yes because McGrady really doesn't care about winning at all. He just wants to play when he feels good and the rest of the time he dogs it. Please, just become a celtics fan and stop posting here.

This guy has a totally valid point. AT first, I though McGrady would do well when he got hte driving layup to go, but since then he's literally become a role player. I mean it would be great if he was Andre Miller or something like that, his passing is superb, but god his shots are awful.

Sasha just blew by TMAC on that last drive for a nice dish. TMAC looks totally disinterested in this game. Even the cavs announcers said he seemed "docile" out there. What is wrong with TMAC now? I'd rather see Wafer play than this version of TMAC. Where is the fire? He is hurting the team right now.

    The game isn't over yet.

I think there is a bit of overreaction
