have both of your legs broken (shattered) using a block of wood and a sledgehammer (Misery style) with no anesthesia

    or

not be able to watch another Rockets game for the next 10 seasons starting right now. You can still check up on them through ESPN, Chron, etc. But you are forbidden to watch them live, recorded games on Tivo, ESPN or even R2K highlight clips ALSO YOU CANNOT EVEN LISTEN TO THE RADIO.

I've had a lot of work done for me to be able to walk like I do - I'm not about to give it up.

If Gundy was the coach for next 10 years, I would go with option B. Save myself from a miserable offense and have my legs too.

    Win-win situation.

Considering until now, I only got to watch 3-4 Rockets games a season on TV anyway, it wouldn't really matter that much.

Do I recover fully and quickly from the leg shattering?

That depends on your age, overall health, determination, etc.

I would get NBA League Pass and start following another team for 10 years.

Can you still watch other teams when they play the Rockets?

    Uh, then screw that.

If all I had to do was go through the pain and you can guarantee I would go back to being fully healthy, then OK. You have yourself a deal.

But I enjoy running, hiking, playing Bball, walking the dog, having sex in positions that require healthy legs, etc. That is too much to give up.

What if you close your eyes when the Rockets have the ball.

Hell, the game last night vs the Bulls was the first I've seen all season (I've been a BUSY bee)...

Guess no broken legs for me.

I hardly ever get to see games. I'm not even in the freakin country, but think about when the Rockets reach the playoffs and possibly beyond. We are talking None of that for the next 10 years. I know even you busy guys do what you can to watch/listen to the Rockets during their playoff runs.

I don't get to see Rockets games anyway, so this is an easy choice.
