I have not eaten since 7:00 last night after taking my son and Tara's son for a night out (Jungle book 2, carousel ride, $40.00 at toy store, McDonalds) and I am famished!!! I was going to grab some lunch, but then I remembered there is a new all you can eat fresh fried butterflied shrimp and fish fillets. The owner of the restaurant owns a shrimp farm down here and the food is really fresh and tasty! I can hardly wait. I feel like I am going to take the place to town BABY!!! (Simpson's episode where Homer sue's the all you can eat fish place comes to mind)
After that, it's off to see Daredevil and finish off the night with either homemade Mudslide's or Pina Colada's at home!!! I love Friday's !!!

On a completely different note, I'm almost @ 1000 posts...My coat size is 44R, and I prefer my blazer in Navy blue. You can email me the secret forum site and instructions on the secret password and the secret handshake.

I just had a six inch BBQ Chicken sandwich from Subway with a side of Baked Cool Ranch Doritos (taste exactly the same, BTW).

Dunno about dinner, but would love your's. My heart wouldn't though! :)

Where is this restaurant with all you can eat butterflied shrimp..

Sounds really good. I'm not a big shrimp fan but man, you're making me hungry with McDonalds and shrimps. Well, what other restaurants are good, because I would like to take my friends out to eat. :)

Just in case you want to give it a shot...

    8 ice cubes
2-3 small scoops vanilla ice cream
    1 oz. vodka
    1 oz. Baileys Irish Cream
    1 oz. KahlĂșa
    1 oz. chocolate syrup
    whipped cream (optional)
    chocolate jimmies (optional)

Crush the ice cubes in a blender. Add ice cream, vodka, Baileys Irish Cream, KahlĂșa and chocolate syrup. (Use 2 scoops of ice cream for a thinner drink and 3 scoops for a thicker one.) Blend until smooth. Pour into a chilled glass. Freeze for 5-10 minutes to thicken, if desired. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate jimmies if desired.

    Sorry man...it's in Brownsville...And it's only $7.00 a pop!!!

Rodeo BBQ Cookoff tonight. Tons of deliciously seasoned and barbequed animal flesh....plus beer.

    Life is good.

Tres Leches at Americas/Churasco's is BY FAR my favorite dessert on this planet.

    BigTexxx,

This girl I dated from Venezuela made it from SCRATCH for me, it was incredible.

Though I'd rather be at the game eating Luthers!!

UGH! That dessert is way too sweet...

For anybody that doesn't know what tres leches is, its literal translation is "three milks". Imagine a glass of milk, then put about five spoonfuls of sugar in it and top it with whipped cream...

I'll take some sopapillas or helado frito

Man...once you have some made from scratch Tres Leches cake, every other Tres Leches cake is no comparison. Sometimes, I really love living down here on the border...Authhentic Mexican food whenever I want...either from grandmas, Mom and Dad's, make it myself, or go for a two minute drive down to Biggo's...But tonight...it's fresh seafood to my heart's de(eath)light...
