Hundreds have died in mudslides north of Rio de Janero following dramatic rains. Watched the video. Spoiler + R.I.P. that doggie. I pray *I DID PRAY* this stops soon for those people.
was very upset to see this on the news yesterday......i visited teresopolis for a few days back in 2005 and loved the people and spectacular scenery
I was expecting to see an uplifting video of a rescue. Instead I feel like s/h/i/t after watching some lady's dog be ripped out of her arms by flood waters.
In a touching and tragic counterpoint to the video where the dog is lost. According to the caption the dog has been at the graveside for 2 days. http://photoblog.msnbc.msn.com/_new...-dog-takes-its-loyalty-to-the-grave-in-brazil It sounds like in the wake of the mudslides things are still very bad and the survivors are not getting a lot of aid.
