I know all of the cook-off tents are private, but does anyone know if you can buy admission tickets to one of the tents?
Do you need a special badge, need to get on the list, or pay for a ticket? If so, could you give me some more details? Thanks!
I've had many a good time at these tents...ah the good old days...good food, good drinks, good music and of course, good looking women...some morally challenged...
I've never understood the cookoff. Having private tents prohibits people from walking from tent to tent and socializing. ... and if you can't wander from tent to tent and socialize, then what's the point of having the cookoff? Please explain.
Check out craigslist. I'm going to the Big Bertha tent with the gf (i think her family runs it) (yes Hispanic) wristbands were $45 I've seen them on craigslist for $80 Good luck
It is kind of silly. Very exclusionary. But most tents are giving away free food and beer, so you can understand why they charge so much for tickets. I don't see the point in even going if you don't already have tickets to one of the tents. And it's certainly not something I would normally pay to go to. Too crowded, too many drunken fools, etc.
